Morgan Properties in Gahanna, OH is seeking Floating Service Technicians to support Annhurst Apartments, a 164-unit community, offering variety, autonomy, and a team that backs you up.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances, knock out service requests, and get apartments move-in ready for new residents. The role requires independence and a commitment to high-quality, respectful service across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
• EPA/HVAC certification is a plus, but not required — we'll help you earn it.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly across different sites.
• Takes pride in the fix and follows through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and perform preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Get apartments move-in ready for new residents.
• Provide professional and respectful service to residents.
• Support multiple communities while maintaining consistent quality.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
