Job summary

Morgan Properties in Canonsburg, PA, is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, and general apartment upkeep.

You'll respond to diagnostic calls, handle turn-ins, and help keep grounds and common areas looking inviting for residents. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; on-call rotation applies.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of maintenance, trade, or related experience
• Experience with apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general repairs preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
• Willingness to take your turn in the on-call rotation and pitch in on weather-related emergencies
• A technician who does what they say they'll do, treats residents right, and never cuts corners on safety
