Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring Service Technicians at Preserve at Sagebrook in Miamisburg, OH. You’ll handle resident requests and preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of apartment, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred, or the willingness to earn it — we'll support you.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and general maintenance.
• A technician who digs until they find the real cause, not just the quick fix.
• Someone residents trust on sight and teammates can count on to follow through.

Responsibilities

• Take care of resident service requests with workmanship you'd be comfortable putting your name on.
• Stay ahead of problems through preventative maintenance across the community.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general maintenance issues.
• Pitch in on apartment turns and make-ready projects so new residents walk into a finished home.
• Keep curb appeal sharp and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Take your share of the on-call rotation so residents are covered after hours.
