Morgan Properties in Gahanna, OH is hiring for Floating Service Technicians to support Annhurst Apartments, a 164-unit community, offering variety, autonomy, and a supportive team. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and get apartments move-in ready for new residents.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and carpentry.
• EPA/HVAC certification is a plus, but not required; we will help you earn it.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly across sites.

Responsibilities

• Knock out service requests and stay ahead of breakdowns with preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Get apartments move-in ready for new residents.
• Provide professional, respectful service to residents.
• Support multiple communities while upholding quality standards.
