Job summary

Pavion Corp in Fullerton, California, is seeking a qualified service technician to install, test, and maintain fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and related security systems. You will read drawings, follow NEC codes, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

We require a high school diploma, Honeywell Notifier and/or Siemens certificate, 3+ years of fire and security service experience (1 year in construction), a valid driver's license, and ability to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years servicing fire and security systems, plus 1 year in construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Honeywell Notifier and/or Siemens certificate.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver's license; ability to climb ladders and use power tools.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, schematics and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and security systems

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated service technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling and devices
• Perform installations of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and security systems
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and project documentation

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Honeywell Notifier and/or Seimens Certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years experience servicing fire and security. Must have 1 year experience in the construction industry
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to use power tools

The salary range for this position is $25.00-$45.00 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
