Job summary

Morgan Properties at Reserve at Southpointe is hiring Service Technicians to handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general apartment maintenance.

Join a busy 250-unit community where no two days look alike and every fix has someone's lease on it. You’ll work in a national multifamily company offering industry-leading training, comprehensive benefits, and room to grow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance, trade, or related experience.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general repairs preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.
• Willingness to take your turn in the on-call rotation and pitch in on weather-related emergencies.
• A technician who does what they say they'll do, treats residents right, and never cuts corners on safety.

Responsibilities

• Repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, and general apartment maintenance.
• Perform diagnostic calls and make turn repairs to move-in readiness.
• Help keep grounds and common areas looking like somewhere people want to live.

As a Service Technician, you'll handle the full range - HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general apartment maintenance. One morning it's a diagnostic call, the next it's a turn that has to be move-in ready. You'll also help keep grounds and common areas looking like somewhere people want to live.
