Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring Service Technicians for Reserve at Southpointe, a busy 250-unit community where every repair matters and impacts residents' homes.

You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance, while contributing to on-site safety and property upkeep. Bring a minimum of 1 year in maintenance, with reliability and a safety-focused approach to work and residents.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance, trade, or related experience required.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general repairs preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full range of maintenance tasks: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and general apartment maintenance.
• Perform diagnostic calls and prepare units for move-in readiness.
• Help maintain grounds and common areas to keep the property appealing to residents.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of maintenance, trade, or related experience
• Experience with apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general repairs preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
• Willingness to take your turn in the on-call rotation and pitch in on weather-related emergencies
• A technician who does what they say they'll do, treats residents right, and never cuts corners on safety
