Job summary

Michael's Toyota of Bellevue, part of Lithia Motors, is seeking a Complete Maintenance Technician to join the service team. The role is onsite in Bellevue, WA, with a full-time rotating schedule and evenings/weekends as peak periods.

You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose basic issues, and ensure quality service while contributing to a rewarding team environment. Ideal candidates have basic mechanical skills, a valid driver's license, and 1+ year of technician experience.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge required.
• ASE certifications are ideal but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record is required.
• 1+ year of technician experience.
• Toyota brand experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections.
• Diagnose basic mechanical issues and recommend repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Document services and review findings with advisors.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Uphold manufacturer and dealership service standards

What You'll Bring

• Basic mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
• ASE certifications (ideal but not required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 1+ years of experience as a technician (Toyota brand experience is preferred but not a requirement).
• Motivated to grow with this team through manufacturer training
  
  

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. Flat rate pay range for this role is $21-$24 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
