Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Service Greeter at Michael's Toyota of Bellevue, WA to welcome clients, schedule appointments, and route them to the right departments. The role reports to the Fixed Operations Manager and requires a professional, friendly approach and dependable availability.

The position is onsite in Bellevue with a schedule that supports dealership operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak times. Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Confidence in customer service engagement.
• 1+ year of prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
• Working knowledge of computers and technology; comfortable with dealership software.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and welcome the client when they arrive.
• Provide a professional and welcoming first impression of Michael's Toyota.
• Determine the nature of the client visit and escort to the appropriate department/area.
• Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide exceptional service.
• Provide administrative support to the staff.
• Maintain client refreshments and waiting areas.

Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts. We will discuss exact days at the interview. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods.

Department Hours: 7 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday and 8 am to 5 pm on Sunday.

This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.

The earning range in this role is $18 to $19 hourly.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
