The position requires open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule that aligns to the dealership's peak periods. You will work under the Sales Manager and contribute to a customer-focused, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Wash cars and organize vehicles within the dealership.
• Move and position vehicles to support sales activities and display.
• Deliver vehicles to sites and locations.
• Monitor tire pressure and adjust as needed; report issues to management.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and prioritize prep for delivery or wash.
• Assist the shuttle driver and support showroom operations.

Schedule

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. We prefer that you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods.

Department Hours

Monday-Saturday 9 am to 8 pm and 10 am to 7 pm on Sunday.

This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

As a Lot Attendant you will begin washing cars and organizing vehicles within the dealership. This is just a starting point as we are BIG on supporting internal growth!

• You will move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.
• You will deliver vehicles to sites and locations.
• You will monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel.
• You will recognize general vehicle repairs and building maintenance and notify management.
• You will prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
• You will prioritize vehicles that you need to prep for delivery or wash based on general appearance.
• You will assist the shuttle driver

• You will have previous dealership experience is ideal but not required.
• We prefer 1+ year of driving or customer service experience in work history.
• You will be comfortable operating several cars, light trucks, and vans, with an ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
• You will have a working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
• You will have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The hourly pay earning range for this position is $18.50-$20.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
