Hommel-Etamic is seeking a Service Technician to provide hands-on and remote technical support for its high-tech metrology systems. You will install, program, calibrate, train customers, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical equipment across North America and internationally.
The role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. A valid driver’s license and passport are needed for travel.
The Service Technician is responsible for providing hands-on and remote technical support to Hommel-Etamic customers. You will be part of an elite team of specialists who are responsible for new installations and ongoing support to existing installations in the field including troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, training, and programming of Hommel-Etamic high-tech precision measuring systems. As part of the service team you will be selfmotivated
and will demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude when servicing our customer needs to improve customer satisfaction, maximize customer retention, and increase profitability.
