Job summary

Wan Bridge Group is seeking a Service Technician II to perform maintenance and repair tasks on TBD properties, ensuring safety and high quality. You will handle preventative maintenance, HVAC checks, electrical, plumbing, and respond to resident service requests, with a focus on timely communication.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, EPA Type II or III certification, and a commitment to excellent customer service; opportunities for training and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2 years of residential construction/remodeling across trades.

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

• HVAC, basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance experience.

• Experience with Lennox HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on properties quarterly.
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Complete pre-move out and move-in inspections.
• Direct trade/vendor to assign turn work orders.
• Maintain records of maintenance and hours worked.
• Interact with residents professionally and ensure high service levels.
• Monitor and request necessary supplies and manage inventory.
