The Foundation Specialists (TFS - The Foundation Specialists) is seeking a Service Technician to join our high-energy sales-driven team in Tennessee. You will attend pre-scheduled homeowner appointments, inspect existing systems, and propose solutions to protect homes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year sales experience, construction background, and comfort working in crawlspaces. The role offers paid training, opportunities for commissions, and comprehensive benefits as you help homeowners achieve

Qualifications

• Ability to climb, crawl, & kneel
• Must be comfortable entering crawlspaces under homes
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
• Ability to travel
