Job summary

TFS - The Foundation Specialists in Tennessee is hiring a Service Technician to join a dynamic, mission-driven sales team. You will visit homeowners, assess crawlspace and foundation needs, and propose proven solutions to protect homes.

Responsibilities include conducting appointments, communicating clearly, and pursuing opportunities to close sales while delivering peace of mind to customers. Training is extensive and compensation includes salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to travel and be comfortable visiting homes.

Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners.
• Inspect & maintain existing systems we’ve installed for them & provide additional solutions they may need to fix & protect their homes.
• Follow through with customers until all issues are resolved.
• Consistently meets or exceeds goals.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Construction experience preferred
• Ability to climb, crawl, & kneel
• Must be comfortable entering crawlspaces under homes
• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills
• Ability to travel
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
