Job summary

Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Service Technician to visit customer homes, service existing systems, and maintain our high-quality installations.

You will join a company that values employees, offers solid compensation of $70,000–$80,000 per year with a base pay of $17/hour plus 8% commission on sales, and provides a company vehicle, comprehensive training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel and crawl.
• Strong listening and follow-up skills.
• Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel planned in advance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual inspections or warranty follow-ups, install small projects, and perform annual maintenance.
• Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through consistent follow-up.
• Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation or address potential issues.
• Suggest additional products and services to help customers protect their investment long-term.
