Job summary

Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Service Technician to visit customer homes, service existing systems, and maintain and repair installations designed for durability and reliability.

You will inspect, service, and perform small projects, while ensuring customer satisfaction and follow-up communication to close out concerns. This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to crawl, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl.
• Strong listening and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel is planned out in advance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual inspections or warranty follow-ups, install small projects, and perform annual maintenance.
• Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through consistent follow-up.
• Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation or address potential issues.
• Suggest additional products and services, offering complementary solutions to help customers protect their most valuable investment long-term.
