Job summary
Sure-Dry LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Service Manager to lead, coach, and develop our service team. You will drive team performance, improve customer experiences, and collaborate with Sales, Production, Customer Care, and HR to ensure the resources and support needed for success.
Responsibilities include setting clear expectations, recruiting and training staff, coaching technicians on sales and service skills, managing performance, monitoring expenses, and delivering remarkable
Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least two years of sales and/or sales-management experience.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer-service principles and practices.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the service team to achieve goals.
- Coach technicians to improve sales, service, and customer interactions.
- Partner with HR on coaching and performance decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production and Customer Care to align goals.
- Monitor performance and manage expenses and labor hours.
