Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the team to achieve department goals.
• Leads flow of work through the service department.
• Determines schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities.
• Prepares staff work schedules to ensure the department is staffed.
• Monitors performance and coaches staff for successful outcomes.
• Inspects, tests, and measures completed work to verify conformance to standards.
• Discusses work orders with customers and technicians to ensure expectations are met.
• Maintains inventory and supports budget processes.
• Promotes customer programs and builds strong customer relationships.
