Qualifications

• Construction industry knowledge is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable using computers and business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team, setting direction and accountability.
• Coach service technicians to improve sales, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Develop strategies to meet or exceed revenue and performance targets.
• Collaborate with Production, Customer Care, HR, and other departments to align goals.
