You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with other departments to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
• Knowledge of automotive service procedures and standards.
• Proficient in using service management software and tools.
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram experience is favorable.
