Synergy is seeking a Service Station Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and drive service quality at our local auto shop. You will oversee marketing, profitability and inventory while ensuring excellent customer service.

A strong background in automotive diagnostics and team leadership is required. The role requires hands-on problem solving, reliable attendance, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of automotive diagnosis and repair experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct, promote and coordinate the service station to optimize market share and efficiency.
• Supervise staff, manage marketing, profitability and sales.
• Handle reporting, purchasing, pricing and inventory.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and safety standards.
