Titan Machinery is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support Service Management in maintaining dealership standards and overseeing the service department. You will assist in achieving department objectives, communicate with customers and other departments, and help ensure the dealership meets safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications include 1+ years of related experience, strong leadership, flexibility in hours, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up for satisfaction while upholding safety and environmental standards
• Maintain service records, schedule equipment delivery/pickup, and manage supplies and tools in the service department
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations and ensure vehicles meet legal requirements
