Job summary

Wireless Zone is seeking an energetic Experience Specialist to help customers with Verizon Wireless service and devices. You will demonstrate products, answer questions, and support sales associates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates are friendly team players who stay current with technology trends and can work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities
