Wireless Zone LLC is seeking energetic sales associates to drive in-store sales and deliver outstanding customer service in Sanford, ME. You will handle contracts, payments, warranties, and administration while showcasing devices and plans.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the sales process: completing customer contracts, accepting bill payments, fulfilling warranty replacements, and all administrative aspects related to the sale
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
• Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance for all products and services offered
• Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and services
• Customer outreach
• Maintain proper store operations

Job Requirements

• Must be 18yrs old
• Some retail customer service experience
• Works well with others in a competitive, friendly, team environment
• Using competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals
• Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime

Desired Qualifications

• 1 or more years of commission/incentive-based retail sales experience
