Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC is looking for an energetic Experience Specialist to assist our Sales Associates with Verizon Wireless products and services. You will educate customers through product demonstrations and provide prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced store environment.

Excellent energy and communication are valued as you help customers navigate the latest devices and plans. A strong team mindset and flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, are expected to thrive here.

• Must be 18 years old.

• Staying current on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices
• Working a variety of hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, involving occasional overtime

• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
• Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers in person or via phone
• Assist our tenured Sales Associates with all aspects of the sales process and customer service duties to enhance the customer experience
• Help with operational duties within the store
