Wireless Zone LLC is seeking an experienced, high-energy Experience Specialist to assist customers with Verizon Wireless service and products in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will demonstrate devices, engage customers, and support Sales Associates while contributing to a positive customer experience and knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Works well in a friendly team environment.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Staying current on the latest data/entertainment technology.

Responsibilities

• Educate and engage customers with product demonstrations.
• Provide prompt and courteous in-person or phone support to customers.

Responsibilities
