Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• HVAC knowledge/experience preferred.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to learn technical terminology.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and suppliers.
• Back up and support for the Parts Coordinator.
• Assist with sourcing and tracking parts and materials.
• Backup support to HVAC & plumbing dispatch as needed.
• Assist with service order calls from clients.
• Track and enter returns, warranties and credits in ERP.
• Track and process customer purchase orders and tie into work orders.
• Support technicians with parts for jobs.
• Work with PMs and service manager to send quotes.
• Enter and track quotes in Coins and Salesforce.
• Assist with PM contracts and quotes with accounts team.
• Help dispatchers with receiving and processing material.
• Assist with ERP workflow.
• Communicate with clients, techs and staff by phone/email.
