Capstone Mechanical, LP. in Canton, OH is seeking a Service Support employee to provide direct support to the Service Department and back up the Parts Coordinator.
You will handle calls, assist with sourcing, track parts and materials, and enter information into the ERP system. Responsibilities include processing orders, quotes, and service-related documentation, coordinating with project managers and technicians, and maintaining accurate records in Coins and Salesforce.
Located in our Canton, OH facility, the Service Support employee will be responsible for providing direct support and backup to different functions in the Service Department.

This position is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.
