McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions, has an opening for a Service Supervisor/Writer.

The Service Writer/Supervisor position is responsible for the effective management of work orders and supports the Service Manager in all efforts to drive service revenues, service profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:

1. Open and close work orders
2. Frequent interaction with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, upselling services, and staying current on JD PIPS
3. Monitor pick-up and delivery, all work in process, and ensure timely closings
4. Communicate effectively across departments
