Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. You will supervise the service crew responsible for customer service, sales and product pick-up and delivery, while hiring, training and evaluating staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.

This middle-management role requires driving a company vehicle, ensuring driver compliance, maintaining key customer relationships and renewals, and optimizing routes for efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification.
• DOT/Provincial driving requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise route and in-house service teams.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff.
• Drive company vehicle to client sites and assist with lifting and walking.
• Maintain customer relationships and renewals; drive sales growth.
• Ensure route efficiency and driver compliance.
