New Earth Residential LLC in Antioch, TN is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee maintenance across apartment communities and manage a team of technicians. You will ensure well-maintained facilities, safe operations, and high resident satisfaction. A strong leader with attention to detail is essential.

Requirements include a high school diploma (HVAC/R encouraged), English fluency, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role includes bonuses, a 30% rent discount, and comprehensive benefits.

• Attentive to community needs and maintaining common areas and amenities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Provide maintenance support and complete service requests in occupied apartments.
• Available for on-call duties as needed.
• Oversee property maintenance and resident satisfaction, contributing to occupancy goals.
• Lead preventive maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems to preserve property value.
• Ensure grounds and common areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Adhere to safety precautions while performing tasks.
• Provide courteous, five-star service to residents.
