Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Service Supervisor for a 200-unit community in Bossier City, LA. You will oversee maintenance operations, handle repairs in vacant and occupied units, and ensure timely, professional service while staying within the budget.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in on-site maintenance and 1–2 years in a supervisory role at an apartment community, plus EPA Refrigerant Certification. On-call rotations and a strong customer-service focus are required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of on-site property maintenance experience.
• One to two years as a Service Supervisor in an apartment community.
• Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification is required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, customer-service environment.
• On-call every third week for emergencies; weekends as needed.
• CAMT is a plus; CPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance operations on the property within the maintenance budget.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain service and safety records per federal, state, and local law.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Regional Director.
