Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Nashville, TN is seeking a Service Supervisor for a 258-unit apartment community in Crieve Hall. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage repairs in vacant and occupied units, and work within the planned maintenance budget to ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of on-site property maintenance supervision, EPA refrigerant certification Level II or universal, and strong teamwork with customer service focus.

Qualifications

• At least three years of Service Supervisor experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies and to open/maintain pool in season while on-call.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) a plus!
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus!

Responsibilities

• Accountability for all maintenance operations on the property while working within the planned maintenance budget.
• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues for vacant and occupied units
• Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local law.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by Community Manager or Regional Director.

Rate: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our 258-unitapartment community in the charming Crieve Hall neighborhood in Southern Nashville, Tennessee! As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintenance operations on the property. Our ideal candidate has the necessary skills to complete maintenance and repairs for vacant and occupied units while working within the planned maintenance budget. Resident satisfaction is the key to our success, so our new Service Supervisor will be committed to handling maintenance requests timely and professionally. Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies and to open/maintain pool in season while on-call.
Required License or Certification: Valid TN Drivers License; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
