Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with background in managing department/operations roles in service sector.
• Experience leading meetings with varied staff and conducting performance reviews.
• Ability to work in a hands-on environment with emphasis on deadlines and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial operations and personnel for door systems.
• Improve processes to maximize profit while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure jobs are scheduled and executed to meet budgets and gross profit targets.
• Collaborate to align operating budgets with sales goals and forecasts.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; coach on performance and outcomes.
• Lead meetings, set expectations, and hold teams accountable.
• Communicate with customers to gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
