Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with technical applications and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial operations and personnel for profitability and safety.
• Improve operational processes and procedures to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure scheduled projects meet timelines and budgeted gross profit.
• Coordinate with teams to align budgets and sales goals monthly.
• Deliver profit dollars and return on sales against annual budgets.
• Set objectives and action plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct coaching and performance reviews.
• Lead meetings, set expectations, and drive accountability.
• Maintain direct communication with customers to solicit feedback and identify new opportunities.
