Job summary

Housley Communications seeks a Service Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fiber installation crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, hands-on fiber experience, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, planning installations, ensuring safety, conducting site inspections, coordinating with project managers and customers, maintaining documentation, and identifying efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certifications in telecommunications preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in fiber installation or telecommunications field work.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing, and testing procedures.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
