Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fiber network construction including underground, aerial, splicing, and connection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiber subcontractors and coordinate field operations.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and report progress and concerns to management.
• Provide leadership and direction to subcontractors and internal field staff.

Position Summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for managing all work completed by fiber subcontractors and overseeing all aspects of assigned fiber construction projects. This position ensures subcontractors meet company expectations for safety, quality, and production while maintaining schedules and customer requirements. The Field Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating daily field operations, resolving challenges, and delivering successful fiber Network Installations.

Essential Functions Oversee And Manage All Work
