The Service Supervisor (South Texas) will oversee day-to-day operations of the fiber installation crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in fiber installations, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate fiber installation crews, daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Plan and schedule installation projects to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

• Team Management: Lead and coordinate the work of construction personnel, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets specified quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures are followed.

• Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues or delays.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety guidelines and regulations, conduct site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and quality control checks.

• Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to resolve issues. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, engineers, and suppliers, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate job documentation, including work orders, reports, and inventories.

• Workflow Oversite: Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Extensive travel required: Monday through Friday to support active project sites. This role requires consistent on-site presence where work is being performed, including overnight hotel stays during the workweek. Home on weekends, project demands permitting.
