Position Summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for managing all work completed by fiber subcontractors and overseeing all aspects of assigned fiber construction projects. This position ensures subcontractors meet company expectations for safety, quality, and production while maintaining schedules and customer requirements. Network Installations. Essential Functions Oversee And Manage All Work

performed by fiber subcontractors on assigned projects Ensure adherence

to project plans, timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements

Monitor subcontractor performance related to safety, workmanship, and

productivity Report progress, performance concerns, and operational

issues to management Provide leadership, direction, and support to

subcontractors and internal field staff Maintain positive relationships

with clients and subcontractors, addressing concerns and understanding
