Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Fiber Splicing Supervisor to oversee fiber optic splicing operations for telecommunications infrastructure projects. You will supervise field crews, ensure quality workmanship, maintain project schedules, and support network deployment activities.

The role requires at least 5 years of fiber splicing experience and supervisory capabilities. Travel and outdoor work are expected, with a focus on safe, high-quality deployments.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with OTDR testing and fiber troubleshooting.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel as required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fiber splicing crews on installation and maintenance projects
• Perform and verify fusion splicing and fiber testing activities
• Ensure all splice documentation is accurate and complete
• Coordinate with project management and construction teams
• Enforce safety standards and quality assurance procedures

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years of fiber splicing experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency with OTDR testing and fiber troubleshooting
• Ability to work outdoors and travel as required
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Wage range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00.
