TK Elevator in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced Superintendent- Service to oversee service operations, ensure efficient route coverage, supervise field technicians, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $130,000 per year and includes a car allowance or company vehicle, plus a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, life and disability coverage, paid time off).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience.
• Ability to write reports and communicate with management.
• Valid driver's license and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to audit routes for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Assist mechanics, troubleshoot, and train technicians.
• Review profitability using accounting reports and provide feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local elevator codes.
• Determine materials and parts needed for service and repairs.
