• Ability to effectively present information to management and customers.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and data.

Responsibilities

• Visits job sites and performs quality audits for cost-effective route work.
• Performs NIM audits within 15 days of turnover and identifies issues for improvement.
• Assist mechanics with jobs and provide on-the-job training.
• Review route profitability using accounting reports and provide feedback to management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

2 years experience managing on a branch department level
