Anthropologie seeks a Service and Styling Manager in Charlottesville to lead customer-focused service, selling, and styling initiatives. You will mentor team members, collaborate with partners, and support store operations and visual needs to create an engaging store environment.

You will develop talent, drive sales with data-driven KPIs, and curate local events that reflect the community. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example with extraordinary service to make customers feel welcome and valued; drives sales via KPIs.
• Teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience using technology and upselling.
• Provides tools for associates to deliver an elevated shopping experience through connections and styling.
• Supports Store Manager in curating events reflecting local customer interests to drive brand engagement.
• Oversees training and accountability of the CEM program and styling team development.
• Assists in identifying and onboarding external talent to diversify the team and boost internal growth.
