Responsibilities

• Leads by example in providing extraordinary service where customers feel welcome, heard and valued; empowers the team to drive sales and metrics.
• Teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, upsell, and clientele.
• Provides tools for associates to deliver an elevated shopping experience through connections, individualized service and styling.
• Supports the Store Manager in curating events to drive brand engagement.
• Oversees training, development, and accountability of styling programs and mentors associates.
