Responsibilities

• Leads by example in delivering extraordinary service to make customers feel welcome and valued.
• Drives sales and metrics by leveraging KPIs to set team goals and zoning plans.
• Teaches team to provide frictionless customer experiences using in-store tech.
• Cultivates connections to deliver an elevated styling experience for clients.
• Supports events that reflect local customer interests to boost brand engagement.
• Oversees training and development within the CEM program and styling initiatives.
• Assists in onboarding external talent to bring diverse perspectives.
• Partners with management to optimize store operations and visual standards.
