Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example in delivering extraordinary service to drive sales and engagement.
• Teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience using technology.
• Provides tools for associates to deliver an elevated styling experience.
• Supports store events and experiences reflecting local customer interests to drive brand engagement.
• Oversees training and accountability of the CEM program and styling team development.
• Identifies onboarding needs to diversify and grow the team, while promoting internal growth.
• Utilizes brand resources to support employee development, recognition, and team activities.
• Assists with scheduling, stock levels, and opportunities within product placement.
• Supports opening/closing, restock, standards, and loss prevention efforts.
