URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Service and Styling Manager to lead extraordinary customer service, selling, and styling across the store. You’ll coach teams, drive the CEM program, and collaborate with partners to create an engaging shopping environment.

You will also oversee events, visual standards, and daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales and brand standards in a dynamic, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan.
• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Leads by example in providing extraordinary service where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience utilizing technology to transact in the moment, upsell, and clientele.
• Oversees the training, development, and accountability of the CEM program, creating a culture that prioritizes service and sales.
• Drives the styling program by empowering styling team members to cultivate relationships, generate new business, and mentor associates.
• Supports product flow processes which include shipment receipt, processing, security tagging, and preparing product for floor placement; oversees the omni process to ensure fill rates are maintained and the brand standard for omni organization is followed.
