Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads service, selling and styling to create an engaging store environment.
• Mentors the styling team to cultivate relationships, generate new business, and drive sales.
• Oversees training and development of the CEM program and fosters an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Supports store operations, events, and brand standards across merchandising and omni-channel processes.
