Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Service Specialist Supervisor in Phoenix to lead the Service Specialist team, drive performance, and ensure on-time, within-budget service delivery with top-tier customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate and schedule Service Specialists.
• Ensure appropriate licensing and certifications.
• Maintain high level of quality and safety assurance.
• Provide training and development for Specialists.
• Supervise Service Specialists and manage budgets.
• Provide first-level technical support coordination.
• Provide high level field support for urgent work orders.
• Ensure processes and standards for Specialists are implemented.
• Instill safety-conscious culture and ensure training.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained.
• Participate in CSP review meetings.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and other resources.
• Perform other duties as required.
