Job summary

Cana Communications, an Eagle Fire-owned company, seeks a Service Sales Representative in the United States to grow service revenue for fire alarm and low-voltage solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, develop customer relationships, and coordinate with operations and estimating teams for feasible solutions.

The role requires ongoing engagement with customers, travel within the market, and the ability to present proposals and maintain accurate Salesforce

Qualifications

• Two to five years of sales experience in low-voltage or service-based offerings.
• Ability to develop customer relationships and manage a sales pipeline.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to hit revenue and growth targets.
• Build a balanced pipeline of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and recurring service opportunities.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and market research.
• Prepare accurate proposals and quotations for fire alarm and low-voltage services.
• Coordinate with operations and estimating teams to confirm scope, labor, and pricing.
• Maintain Salesforce records for opportunities and forecasts.
